De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l&rsquo;organisation isra\u00e9lienne des droits de l&rsquo;homme,<strong> B&rsquo;Tselem<\/strong>, dit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab&nbsp;La d\u00e9tention administrative consiste en une incarc\u00e9ration sans jugement ni accusation, pr\u00e9sumant qu&rsquo;une personne a l&rsquo;intention de commettre un d\u00e9lit dans le futur. Elle n&rsquo;a pas de limite de temps et les preuves sur lesquelles elle s&rsquo;appuie ne sont pas r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es. Isra\u00ebl recourt \u00e0 cette mesure de fa\u00e7on extensive et coutumi\u00e8re et il l&rsquo;a utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9tenir des milliers de Palestiniens durant de tr\u00e8s longues p\u00e9riodes. Alors que les ordonnances de d\u00e9tention sont officiellement revues, il ne s&rsquo;agit que d&rsquo;un semblant de contr\u00f4le judiciaire, puisque les d\u00e9tenus ne peuvent raisonnablement pr\u00e9parer leur d\u00e9fense contre des all\u00e9gations qui n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es.
