C\u2019est l\u2019image de deux mondes.<\/p>\n

Le parlement sud-africain<\/strong> vote la fermeture de l\u2019ambassade isra\u00e9lienne \u00e0 Pretoria et la suspension de toutes relations diplomatiques avec Isra\u00ebl. L\u2019Allemagne<\/strong> fonce dans la direction oppos\u00e9e avec cette question, \u00e0 laquelle doit r\u00e9pondre tout demandeur de la nationalit\u00e9 allemande :<\/p>\n

\u00ab Reconnaissez-vous le droit \u00e0 l\u2019existence de l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019Isra\u00ebl ? \u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Sur proposition de la CSU\/CDU (le parti d\u2019Angela Merkel droite d\u00e9mocrate-chr\u00e9tienne, du groupe PPE au Parlement europ\u00e9en), tout candidat devra r\u00e9pondre \u00ab oui \u00bb<\/em> \u00e0 cette question. Sans quoi<\/a> sa demande de nationalit\u00e9 allemande sera refus\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

\nG\u00e9nocide<\/h3>\n

L\u2019exigence allemande de reconna\u00eetre l\u2019existence d\u2019un \u00c9tat raciste, colonial, en train de commettre une \u00e9puration ethnique et un g\u00e9nocide contre le peuple palestinien, d\u00e9passe l\u2019entendement.<\/p>\n

Oui, un g\u00e9nocide.<\/p>\n

Jugez vous-m\u00eame si la Convention sur le g\u00e9nocide est d\u2019application sur Isra\u00ebl, qui bombarde sans arr\u00eat et syst\u00e9matiquement les civils palestiniens, leurs h\u00f4pitaux, leurs \u00e9coles, leurs mosqu\u00e9es et \u00e9glises et les prive collectivement de maison, de nourriture, d’eau, d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et d’autres n\u00e9cessit\u00e9s de la vie.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Article II de la Convention de 1948 sur le g\u00e9nocide<\/strong> :<\/p>\n

Le g\u00e9nocide s’entend de l’un des actes ci-apr\u00e8s, commis dans l’intention de d\u00e9truire, en tout ou en partie, un groupe national, ethnique, racial ou religieux, comme tel :<\/p>\n

(a) Tuer des membres du groupe ;
\n(b) Atteinte grave \u00e0 l’int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique ou mentale des membres du groupe ;
\n(c) Soumettre d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment le groupe \u00e0 des conditions d’existence devant entra\u00eener sa destruction physique totale ou partielle ;
\n(d) Imposer des mesures visant \u00e0 entraver les naissances au sein du groupe ; (e) Le transfert forc\u00e9 d’enfants du groupe \u00e0 un autre groupe. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

L\u2019Allemagne<\/strong>, le pays qui domine l\u2018Europe, fait partie des pays qui, le 27 octobre dernier, ont vot\u00e9 contre ou se sont abstenus lors du vote \u00e0 l\u2019ONU<\/a> sur une tr\u00eave humanitaire \u00e0 Gaza (pas un cessez-le-feu, mais une simple tr\u00eave humanitaire !). Ce qui les rend tous complices du g\u00e9nocide en cours.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9ni de l\u2019Allemagne du g\u00e9nocide qui a lieu sous nos yeux (et dont ils ne pourront plus dire \u00ab Wir haben es nicht gew\u00fcsst \u00bb<\/em>), ne peut que nous replonger dans le pass\u00e9 de ce pays qui a \u00e0 son actif deux g\u00e9nocides durant le si\u00e8cle pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le premier g\u00e9nocide \u00e9tait celui des H\u00e9r\u00e9ros<\/strong> et des Namas<\/strong> en Namibie<\/strong>, perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 entre 1904 et 1908 par les colons allemands. Apr\u00e8s un soul\u00e8vement de ces peuples, Berlin avait ordonn\u00e9 leur extermination (\u00ab\u00a0Vernichtungsbefehl\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>), massacrant au total 65 000 H\u00e9r\u00e9ros et 10 000 Namas, soit respectivement 75% et 50% de la population. \u00c0 peine trente ans plus tard, ce sont les juifs, les gitans, les communistes, les homosexuels, les handicap\u00e9s et les vingt millions de Russes qui ont subi le second g\u00e9nocide de l\u2019Allemagne nazie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

serait la question pertinente \u00e0 poser \u00e0 tout candidat \u00e0 la nationalit\u00e9 allemande. Question de garder vivante la m\u00e9moire et de porter un regard critique sur le pr\u00e9sent et ce qui nous attend encore.<\/p>\n

La guerre d\u2019extermination contre Gaza<\/strong> et les massacres en Cisjordanie<\/strong> ont mis une fin d\u00e9finitive \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de la cr\u00e9ation de deux \u00c9tats. De la Palestine il ne reste plus rien, m\u00eame pas des Bantoustans comme on en a connu en Afrique du Sud.<\/p>\n

Le mot d\u2019ordre \u00ab Du fleuve \u00e0 la mer, la Palestine sera libre \u00bb<\/em>, port\u00e9 par les manifestants du monde entier, indique que l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019Isra\u00ebl doit c\u00e9der sa place \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00c9tat d\u00e9mocratique palestinien du Jourdain \u00e0 la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e o\u00f9 les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s palestiniens pourront retourner et o\u00f9 les diff\u00e9rents peuples et religions vivront ensemble. En paix et dans l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
