Le chef d’Ansar Allah, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl un dernier d\u00e9lai de quatre jours pour autoriser l’entr\u00e9e de l’aide humanitaire \u00e0 Gaza ou pour subir la reprise des attaques navales en mer Rouge.<\/p>\n

\nAbdul-Malik al-Houthi<\/strong>, le dirigeant de l’organisation Ansar Allah<\/strong>, a annonc\u00e9 qu’il accordait \u00e0 l’occupation isra\u00e9lienne un d\u00e9lai de quatre jours pour autoriser l’entr\u00e9e de l’aide humanitaire dans la bande de Gaza. Si cela ne se fait pas, son organisation va reprendre ses op\u00e9rations navales en mer Rouge contre des cibles isra\u00e9liennes.<\/p>\n

Dans un discours diffus\u00e9 par la cha\u00eene de l’organisation, Al-Masirah, al-Houthi a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous annon\u00e7ons au monde entier que nous accorderons un d\u00e9lai de gr\u00e2ce de quatre jours. C’est un d\u00e9lai de gr\u00e2ce pour les m\u00e9diateurs dans leurs efforts. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Et d’ajouter :<\/p>\n

\u00ab Si l’ennemi isra\u00e9lien s’obstine, apr\u00e8s les quatre premiers jours, \u00e0 emp\u00eacher l’entr\u00e9e de l’aide dans la bande de Gaza et \u00e0 fermer compl\u00e8tement les passages et emp\u00eacher l’entr\u00e9e de nourriture et de m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 Gaza, nous reprendrons nos op\u00e9rations navales contre l’ennemi isra\u00e9lien et nous r\u00e9pondrons au si\u00e8ge par un si\u00e8ge aussi. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Al-Houthi a insist\u00e9 en disant que<\/p>\n

\u00ab l’ennemi isra\u00e9lien s’\u00e9tait soustrait \u00e0 ses obligations concernant le dossier humanitaire \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

et il a mis en exergue<\/a> le fait que le Hamas avait effectivement r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 son engagement en s’acquittant de ses responsabilit\u00e9s dans le cadre de l’accord.<\/p>\n

Tout ceci vient alors que les n\u00e9gociations sont bloqu\u00e9es quand aux prochaines phases de l’accord du cessez-le-feu qui avait mis un terme \u00e0 15 mois de guerre d\u00e9vastatrice \u00e0 Gaza. Isra\u00ebl a annonc\u00e9 sa d\u00e9cision d’emp\u00eacher l’aide d’entrer \u00e0 Gaza le 2 mars<\/a>, le jour m\u00eame o\u00f9 se terminait la premi\u00e8re phase de l’accord de cessez-le-feu, longue de 42 jours.<\/p>\n

Le Mouvement Hamas<\/strong> de la R\u00e9sistance palestinienne a encens\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision d’Ansar Allah d’accorder \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl un d\u00e9lai de gr\u00e2ce de quatre jours avant de reprendre ses op\u00e9rations maritimes si l’aide continue de se voir interdire l’entr\u00e9e \u00e0 Gaza, a fait savoir Al-Jazeera.<\/p>\n

Le Hamas a condamn\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision d’Isra\u00ebl, la qualifiant de violation suppl\u00e9mentaire de l’accord de cessez-le-feu. La d\u00e9marche a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement critiqu\u00e9e du fait qu’elle aggravait encore la situation humanitaire de Gaza, d\u00e9j\u00e0 passablement d\u00e9sastreuse.<\/p>\n

Avant le cessez-le-feu, Ansar Allah avait lanc\u00e9 de nombreuses attaques en mer Rouge et en mer d’Oman contre des navires commerciaux \u00ab li\u00e9s \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl \u00bb<\/em>, et ce, dans le cadre de son soutien au peuple palestinien de Gaza et il avait \u00e9galement cibl\u00e9 des territoires isra\u00e9liens \u00e0 l’aide de missiles et de drones.<\/p>\n

La menace \u00e9manant d’Ansar Allah vient quelques jours \u00e0 peine apr\u00e8s que les \u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong> ont \u00e0 nouveau d\u00e9sign\u00e9 le groupe comme organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re et impos\u00e9 des sanctions \u00e0 sept de ses principaux dirigeants.<\/p>\n
