Le 12 avril, Delphine Noels nous a quitt\u00e9s. R\u00e9alisatrice engag\u00e9e et militante infatigable, elle laisse derri\u00e8re elle une empreinte profonde et concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n

Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Delphine \u00e0 Charleroi, alors qu\u2019elle cherchait du soutien pour accueillir le docteur Ahmed Al Moghrabi <\/strong>qui venait d\u2019arriver chez nous. Tr\u00e8s vite, son engagement a pris une ampleur remarquable. Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Dr Ahmed, elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une \u00e9cole et d\u2019un dispensaire \u00e0 Gaza, en plein g\u00e9nocide.<\/p>\n

Elle a multipli\u00e9 les initiatives : vente de ses dessins et peintures, recherche de financements, organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements, mobilisation constante. Rien ne semblait pouvoir l\u2019arr\u00eater. Elle frappait \u00e0 toutes les portes, cherchait toutes les solutions, refusait d\u2019abandonner.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans tout cela qu\u2019appara\u00eet ce qui la d\u00e9finissait profond\u00e9ment : la solidarit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour Delphine, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un mot abstrait. C\u2019\u00e9tait une mani\u00e8re d\u2019agir, chaque jour \u2014 que ce soit pour Ahmed, pour sa famille, pour Gaza, pour l\u2019\u00e9cole, pour le dispensaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Elle refusait de laisser quiconque seul face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve. Elle croyait profond\u00e9ment que c\u2019est par la solidarit\u00e9 que les \u00eatres humains peuvent tenir, r\u00e9sister et continuer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Un engagement concret, au c\u0153ur de Gaza<\/h3>\n

Au milieu du g\u00e9nocide en cours, Delphine a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 rendre possible l\u2019impossible.<\/p>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, ce sont plusieurs centaines d\u2019enfants, survivants de la guerre, qui sont pris en charge dans l\u2019\u00e9cole cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 Gaza. En son honneur, le personnel a choisi de la nommer Delphine\u2019s school.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ce projet est le fruit de tout ce qu\u2019elle a construit, patiemment, sans rel\u00e2che.<\/p>\n

Une pr\u00e9sence, une voix, une force.
\nDelphine n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement une militante.
\nElle \u00e9tait une pr\u00e9sence.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 notre Journ\u00e9e pour la Palestine <\/a>en octobre 2025, o\u00f9 elle a t\u00e9moign\u00e9, avec le Dr Ahmed, de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du g\u00e9nocide \u00e0 Gaza.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9sente dans les mobilisations, dans les conf\u00e9rences, dans les luttes.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers ses films et ses prises de parole, elle a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 exposer la brutalit\u00e9 de l\u2019occupation, tout en rappelant sans cesse le visage humain de Gaza.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Un c\u0153ur avec nous \u00e0 chaque moment \u00bb<\/h3>\n

Le t\u00e9moignage venu de Gaza en dit long :<\/p>\n

\u00ab Delphine Noels n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement une partisane de la Palestine, mais un c\u0153ur pr\u00e9sent avec nous \u00e0 chaque moment de douleur, et une voix sinc\u00e8re pour porter la cause de Gaza au monde avec courage.
\nAux jours de faim, de peur et de si\u00e8ge, elle ne dormait pas, cherchant des moyens d\u2019apporter de la nourriture, de soutenir l\u2019\u00e9ducation et d\u2019offrir aux enfants des moments de joie.
\nDelphine \u00e9tait une m\u00e8re pour nous, un c\u0153ur battant pour Gaza. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dans les moments les plus difficiles, elle \u00e9tait l\u00e0.
\n\u00c0 chercher, \u00e0 soutenir, \u00e0 rassurer, \u00e0 ne jamais abandonner.<\/p>\n

Jusqu\u2019au dernier jour<\/h3>\n

Atteinte d\u2019un cancer tenace, Delphine a continu\u00e9 son combat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ses derniers jours.<\/p>\n

Elle n\u2019a jamais cess\u00e9 d\u2019agir.
\nJamais cess\u00e9 de chercher des solutions.
\nJamais cess\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame affaiblie, elle poursuivait ce qu\u2019elle avait toujours fait.<\/p>\n

Son engagement relevait presque du miracle : sauver une famille, b\u00e2tir une \u00e9cole, soutenir des centaines d\u2019enfants, tout en portant une cause au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Delphine nous laisse aussi ces mots <\/h3>\n

\u00ab Nous devons rassembler notre courage et continuer\u2026 Il ne faut pas plier\u2026 Parfois il suffit de quelques mots, d\u2019un petit geste pour faire se redresser un \u00eatre humain en d\u00e9tresse\u2026 \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, ils r\u00e9sonnent comme un appel.<\/p>\n

Continuer.
\nNe pas plier.
\nAgir, m\u00eame \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n

Et dans cette id\u00e9e simple, qu\u2019elle n\u2019a jamais cess\u00e9 de faire vivre : la solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Son engagement se poursuit \u00e0 travers les projets qu\u2019elle a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 b\u00e2tir. Il est toujours possible de soutenir l\u2019association The Wings of Healing asbl<\/a>, association caricative, et de participer \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9 de ces actions.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, un documentaire qu\u2019elle a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec le docteur Al Moghrabi sera prochainement projet\u00e9 \u00e0 Charleroi. Cette projection constituera une occasion importante de d\u00e9couvrir son travail et de lui rendre un hommage collectif.<\/p>\n
