{"id":9997,"date":"2019-03-15T19:27:00","date_gmt":"2019-03-15T18:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/charleroi-pourlapalestine.be\/?p=9997"},"modified":"2020-03-29T19:45:25","modified_gmt":"2020-03-29T17:45:25","slug":"la-culture-revolutionnaire-leducation-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/charleroi-pourlapalestine.be\/index.php\/2019\/03\/15\/la-culture-revolutionnaire-leducation-9\/","title":{"rendered":"La culture r\u00e9volutionnaire : l\u2019\u00e9ducation (9)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-wrapper mh-clearfix\">\n<div id=\"main-content\" class=\"mh-content\" role=\"main\">\n<article id=\"post-34819\" class=\"post-34819 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-culture category-enfants category-enseignementeducation category-fatah category-fplp category-histoire category-litterature category-olp category-refugies\">\n<div class=\"entry-content mh-clearfix\">\n<figure class=\"entry-thumbnail\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"samed (Copy)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pourlapalestine.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/samed-copy.jpg\" alt=\"L\u2019\u00e9ducation technique fut elle aussi introduite au profit des familles des martyrs, afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019autosuffisance dans les camps, et ce fut surtout la Samed qui s\u2019en chargea, une institution palestinienne de production\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\"><\/figure>\n<div class=\"pf-content\">\n<p><em>Dans un contexte r\u00e9volutionnaire, les activit\u00e9s artistiques jouaient un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la mobilisation et l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation au retour.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La litt\u00e9rature \u00e9ducative de la r\u00e9volution palestinienne r\u00e9pondait directement aux besoins d\u2019un peuple r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 plong\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/588d7a3f8308b.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">au beau milieu d\u2019un combat anticolonial de lib\u00e9ration.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Centre de planification de l\u2019OLP<\/strong> d\u00e9veloppa des programmes de cours et autres mati\u00e8res d\u2019enseignement explicitement destin\u00e9s \u00e0 couvrir les besoins \u00e9ducatifs nationaux d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019enfants r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s palestiniens.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de la fin des ann\u00e9es 1960, le mouvement scout <em><strong>Ashbal et Zahraat<\/strong> <\/em>(<em>les Lionceaux et les Fleurs<\/em>) connut un succ\u00e8s de plus en plus grand. Cette initiative de scoutisme r\u00e9volutionnaire fut lanc\u00e9e dans le camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de <strong>Karameh<\/strong> et se r\u00e9pandit rapidement \u00e0 d\u2019autres sites palestiniens. Ces groupes de scouts masculins et f\u00e9minins se r\u00e9unissaient apr\u00e8s les cours et durant les vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un magazine sp\u00e9cial pour les scouts,<a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/58aae4ba5bd6d.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <em><strong>Al-Ashbal<\/strong><\/em>,<\/a> fut publi\u00e9 par le <strong>Fatah<\/strong> pour ses jeunes membres et les th\u00e8mes nationaux et r\u00e9volutionnaires palestiniens \u00e9taient v\u00e9hicul\u00e9s de cette fa\u00e7on, de m\u00eame que par le biais de chants scouts.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Salah Ta'amri: On the Borders\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/whTjgzpxcx0?feature=oembed&amp;wmode=opaque\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Les enfants palestiniens apprenaient leur histoire et leur h\u00e9ritage via la danse et les arts de la sc\u00e8ne et bon nombre de ces groupes faisaient des tourn\u00e9es internationales. Dans un contexte r\u00e9volutionnaire, ces activit\u00e9s artistiques jouaient un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la mobilisation, elles stimulaient le moral des enfants r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et elles leur inculquaient un sentiment de dignit\u00e9 et d\u2019enracinement.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u0641\u0631\u0642\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0627\u0634\u0642\u064a\u0646 ... \u0634\u0648\u0627\u0631\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u062e\u064a\u0645\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8QQAAz5LWDU?feature=oembed&amp;wmode=opaque\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\" width=\"678\" height=\"509\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Des initiatives d\u2019\u00e9ducation cr\u00e9ative \u00e9taient mises sur pied \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, dans les camps de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, dans le camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de <strong>Baq\u2019aa<\/strong>, en <strong>Jordanie,<\/strong> les partis \u0153uvraient ensemble, en compagnie <a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/5891d458bad8a.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u2019artistes de premier plan<\/a>, pour introduire l\u2019\u00e9ducation artistique dans le camp.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Abdullah Hamoudeh: Education\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KUXlc-wetlI?feature=oembed&amp;wmode=opaque\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Certains initiatives \u00e9taient <a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/588d7e7007bbc.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">publi\u00e9es<\/a>, fournissant ainsi aux enfants une possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019exutoire \u00e0 leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Ces publications g\u00e9n\u00e9raient \u00e9galement la solidarit\u00e9 locale et internationale en partageant leur univers avec des publics qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas familiaris\u00e9s avec la vie dans les camps de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9ducation technique fut elle aussi introduite au profit des familles des martyrs, afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019autosuffisance dans les camps, et ce fut surtout la <a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/58a1f34be11a5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><strong>Samed<\/strong><\/em><\/a> qui s\u2019en chargea, une institution palestinienne de production d\u00e9pendant de l\u2019<strong>OLP<\/strong> et qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e en 1969.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e9tait dispens\u00e9e bien au-del\u00e0 du simple cadre de la classe d\u2019\u00e9cole, et ce, via l\u2019art de l\u2019affiche et les graffiti et, sur les murs de chaque camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, de chaque quartier palestinien, \u00e9taient fix\u00e9s des tableaux sur lesquels on inscrivait le vocabulaire de la r\u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode permettait la circulation de masse des id\u00e9es centrales de la lib\u00e9ration et de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9possession, dans le m\u00eame temps qu\u2019elle soutenait la culture plus large du retour, profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9e dans l\u2019esprit collectif palestinien (<em>thaqafat al-awda<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enseignement comprenait des mati\u00e8res destin\u00e9es aux jeunes d\u2019un \u00e2ge un peu plus avanc\u00e9 et chaque mouvement politique palestinien d\u00e9veloppait ses propres programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation des cadres.<\/p>\n<p>Les membres lisaient toute une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de textes refl\u00e9tant l\u2019orientation id\u00e9ologique de leur parti et, souvent, <a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/5891d62f51fb5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ils discutaient de leurs lectures lors des r\u00e9unions de cellule hebdomadaires.<\/a> \u00c0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1950, des camps d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 furent organis\u00e9s pour les cadres, leur permettant de d\u00e9velopper leurs connaissances id\u00e9ologiques et pratiques, de recevoir un entra\u00eenement au combat et \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance et de rencontrer pour la premi\u00e8re fois d\u2019autres membres arabes et palestiniens de leur mouvement.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Hamdi Mattar: Joining\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/videoseries?list=PLJk45-KnC0dxm5fW79TO5uWsDgJ_e4VQy\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Des brochures sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es familiarisaient les cadres avec les principes organisationnels et les codes comportementaux r\u00e9volutionnaires, telles <a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/588c745f0468e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la critique et l\u2019autocritique.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, le <strong>Fatah<\/strong> et le <strong>FPLP<\/strong> mirent en place <a href=\"http:\/\/learnpalestine.politics.ox.ac.uk\/uploads\/sources\/5890b523356f9.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">des \u00e9coles de cadres plus avanc\u00e9es<\/a>, proposant ainsi des cours sur la th\u00e9orie r\u00e9volutionnaire et un vaste choix de sujets politiques. Des conf\u00e9renciers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s se chargeaient d\u2019enseigner ces programmes et les classes de fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes \u00e9taient tenues par des dirigeants de parti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des <strong>Territoires palestiniens occup\u00e9s<\/strong>, il y eut beaucoup d\u2019enseignement r\u00e9volutionnaire \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des prisons de l\u2019occupation militaire et chaque mouvement avait son programme d\u2019\u00e9ducation hautement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et ses propres cours.<\/p>\n<p>Des groupes sp\u00e9ciaux de lecture \u00e9tudiaient et commentaient des textes r\u00e9volutionnaires dont les exemplaires avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 recopi\u00e9s \u00e0 la main.
